This building is being constructed with financing provided through the New York State Homes and Community Renewal affordable housing program. Qualified applicants will be required to meet income guidelines and additional selection criteria. Applications will be selected by lottery. The lottery will be recorded and posted on August 27, 2021 at www.BPNepune33apts.com. Applicants who submit more than one application will be disqualified. Disqualified applications will not be accepted.

Submit completed paper applications by regular mail only to the post office box number listed on the application. No priority, certified, registered, expressed or overnight mail will be accepted. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than August 23, 2021. Applications postmarked after August 23, 2021 will be set aside for possible future consideration.
